We are proud to announce that some of our Members, Mr Frederik Vanhaecke from de Orangerie hotel and the Belgian architect Mr Wim Oers have been rewarded for their work:
Mr Frederik Vanhaecke from de Orangerie hotel has won one of the prestigious awards of “Best Luxury Hotel” by Tripadvisor.com.The award proves that the philosophy at De Orangerie of always giving priority to the guests’ wishes and wellbeing is successfuland appreciated.
The temporary association Heirman, Oers & Stoop Design Team has won the competition organised by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mitsubishi-Takenaka Consortium to design the gardens of the new Belgian Embassy in Tokyo. Architect Wim Oers (member of the RA-BC and life member of the ABS) is specialised in residential housing and airport design. At the moment he is doing his PhD on Schönenberg at the University of Bristol. Schönenberg was the former name of the Château Royal de Laeken.
